We hope you love everything you receive from PreciselyMe, but if something’s not precisely right, we’ve got you. Here’s how returns and refunds work with us.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (especially skincare and cosmetics), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. We value your health and the integrity of our products, so we never resell anything once it's left our shelves.

That said, your satisfaction matters, so if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, keep reading.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Missing an item

  • Not what you ordered

Please email us at chat@iampreciselyme.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right, whether that means sending a replacement, offering store credit, or issuing a refund where applicable.

3. Refunds (When Approved)

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, refunds are:

  • Issued back to your original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank)

We’ll always keep you updated and email you when the refund has been processed.

4. Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, or limited edition items are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit unless they are damaged in transit.
