We're all about getting your PreciselyMe products to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process—no complicated terms, just honest answers.

1. Order Processing Times

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, so you know precisely when to expect them to ship.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or holidays.

3. Where We Ship

• Australia

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey from our door to yours. If you don't receive tracking within a few days, check your spam folder or reach out and we’ll resend it.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international customers: Your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We know how frustrating shipping issues can be. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us at chat@iampreciselyme.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, but we’ll try to help if we can.
